Kidnapping Attempt In Bangladesh

The U.S. Embassy confirmed the credibility of an attempt to kidnap a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer by the Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB). The attempt took place last week. Since the attempt the Peace Corps has closed down its operations in Bangladesh and returned all volunteers back to America.
